Anukari software refund policy

Anukari Inc. ("Anukari") makes refund determinations on a case-by-case basis, consistent with our refund policy below. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@anukari.com.

Refund Policy

All purchases of Anukari software ("Software") are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. 2. The Software has not been used to produce commercial works. 3. The refund request is submitted via email to support@anukari.com.

If the above conditions are met, Anukari will issue a full refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the refund request.

Anukari reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions, or that Anukari reasonably believes to be fraudulent or abusive.

Uninstalling the Software

Upon receiving a refund, you must: 1. Uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your computer(s) and any other devices. 2. Destroy any backup copies of the Software in your possession.
